These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thehomerunlife.com (the "Site") and any services provided by HomeRun Maintenance ("HomeRun," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and request estimates. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the HomeRun name and mark, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time and the scope discussed. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, site conditions, materials, or your requests change. We will communicate any change and obtain your approval before performing additional work. Estimates are valid for the period stated, or 30 days if no period is given.
We will work with you to schedule your project and make every effort to arrive as planned, but timelines may shift due to weather, supply availability, permitting, or prior jobs. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to secure pets and valuables. Delays caused by lack of access may affect scheduling and cost.
Payment is due as stated in your estimate or invoice. Larger projects may require a deposit or progress payments. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final payment is due upon completion. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by North Carolina law. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice, and financing may be available on qualifying projects.
We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion, covering defects in our labor under normal use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, neglect, alterations by others, or issues with materials or products covered separately by a manufacturer's warranty. To make a claim, contact us promptly so we can inspect and address the issue.
HomeRun Maintenance is licensed and insured for the services we provide. Certain projects may require permits or licensed trade partners, which we will arrange as needed and reflect in your estimate. Work requiring specialized licensure is performed by appropriately licensed professionals.
You may cancel or reschedule a project by contacting us as early as possible. Deposits for custom materials or special orders may be non-refundable once those items are ordered. We reserve the right to cancel or decline work that falls outside our scope, presents safety concerns, or cannot be completed as described.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeRun's liability for any claim related to our services or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeRun Maintenance and its team from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Site or our services means you accept the changes.
